A. We are about medium-sized factory with not too much overhead engaged in costs, but still with acceptable production capacity. Monthly capacity for flatlock wetsuit is around 40,000pcs—50,000pcs, and 20,000—25,000pcs for Glued & Blind stitched ones;
B. We only make solid promises on the deliveries as per our customers’ needs and the average lead time is 60-75 days.

As we are an OEM manufacturer, our standard working process with our customers will be as below:
A. Inquiry--Sampling stage: Customer provide the original samples, or product specs/drawings, and we arrange the counter sample for our customer based on originals or specs/drawings. Or if customer would prefer one of our own designed products, just let us know the style number so we can arrange from our side as well. Basically, our samples are free of charge(less than 3pcs of each), but customers may have to pay for the sample freight;

Atenovo always stands behind our products, and we provide our products with warranties based on normal recreational use and proper care from the original ship date.
Wetsuits: 1 year guarantee & Lycra Products: 3 month

Neoprene, a key material in most of our products, is best known as the material used to make wetsuits for surfing or diving. It was originally developed by DuPont? in 1931 as a substitute for rubber. Its physical toughness, water resistance, flexibility, and usability over a wide range of temperatures make neoprene ideal for a variety of applications and products. It’s a very durable material that lasts up to 50 years.

All of our neoprene products can be washed in warm water with mild soap. Rinse the product thoroughly and pat dry with a towel. Then let the item completely air dry before use.

Atenovo products are water-resistant, but not completely waterproof, unless so stated in the features of a specific item. This means they can withstand and repel limited exposure to water for short periods of time. For instance, if you get caught in the rain, don’t worry—you’re safe. As for diving into a pool with your laptop bag? We wouldn’t recommend it.

New neoprene often has something similar to a “new car smell.” Don’t worry, this will dissipate over a short time with normal exposure to air. To speed up the process, we recommend that you try washing your product first. Atenovo products are either hand or machine washable, depending on the product you have purchased. Washing instructions vary, so please check either the inside of your product, its original packaging, or ask us for specific care guidelines.
We recommend washing our products with regular laundry detergent in cold water; if the item is machine washable, it’s best to use the delicate cycle. Whether you are machine or hand washing, all products should be left out to drip-dry. It takes about 1-2 days for our items to air-dry completely.

We produce all types of products from lower end price point to high-end products. Take an example of the wetsuits, basically, price determines performance features of the wetsuit & the material used. For cheap entry level products, SBR will be the first option to keep your costs down but this’d definitely keep you warm and there is no stretch material used; middle range—standard watersports wetsuits will be made with CR/SCR material plus 8 way ultra stretch material for underarm & lumbar for best flexibility. High-end ones will be mainly used 100%CR like Yamamoto neoprene #39, which is ECO-friendly & Oil-Free as the main selling point.

We currently do not issue a printed catalog of everything we carry as there‘re too many styles and we can have further talk as per your specific needs.

Our standard quotations only include the inner polybag and outer cartons, and we can also specially order the packaging materials as per our customers’ requests. For your reference, the accessories like gloves, boots etc can be packed in the colored boxes or meshbags while the suits are normally packed with polybags.
